This red light therapy device has been a game changer for my tinnitus and sinus relief. The 650nm light feels gentle but effective, and I’ve noticed less ringing in my ears since using it. I love that it doubles as both an ear and nose therapy tool, making it super versatile. The silicone tips are soft and come in different sizes, so it’s always comfortable to use.

I just received this product yesterday and was impressed by its solid construction; it feels very durable. I’ve been aware of the health benefits of red light for some time, but I needed a more targeted solution. I’m excited to give it a try and see the results! At present, I am very satisfied with the product.

After struggling with tinnitus, itchy ears, frequent earaches, and seasonal sinus issues, I decided to try red light therapy devices designed for the ears and nose. I’ve only used them for two days, but the early results are encouraging, especially for my ears and sinuses. Here’s my experience so far with this innovative therapy. These red light therapy devices are small, portable tools designed to deliver low-level red light to the ears and nasal passages. They claim to help with conditions like tinnitus, sinus congestion, and ear discomfort by promoting circulation and reducing inflammation. The ear devices fit comfortably inside the ears, while the nasal device is inserted gently into the nostrils. The manufacturer recommends using them twice daily for optimal results. Day 1 (4-minute session): I started with a short 4-minute session for my ears. The moment I removed the devices, I experienced something incredible—complete silence. My tinnitus, which is usually a constant ringing, vanished temporarily. It was a moment of pure relief and a promising sign. I also used the nasal device, which noticeably opened up my sinuses. I’ve been battling sneezing and congestion due to fall weather changes, and this provided instant relief, making breathing easier. Day 2 (30-minute session): The tinnitus returned overnight, so I tried a longer 30-minute session in the morning. The relief wasn’t as immediate or dramatic as the first time, but the ringing was slightly less intense afterward. The nasal device continued to help, reducing sneezing and leaving my nose feeling clearer. Comfort: The ear devices feel great—warm and soothing, like a gentle hug for your ears. My ears, which are often itchy and prone to earaches, felt calm and pain-free after both sessions. No irritation or discomfort from the devices themselves. Pros Immediate tinnitus relief on the first use (though temporary). Significant improvement in sinus congestion and sneezing. Soothes itchy ears and prevents earache discomfort. Comfortable, warm sensation during use. Easy to use and portable for daily routines. Cons: Tinnitus relief wasn’t as strong in the second session, but it’s only been two days. Requires consistent use (twice daily) for potential long-term benefits, which may be time-consuming. Limited experience so far—unclear if results will improve over time. Comparison to Alternatives I’ve tried over-the-counter ear drops and antihistamines for my ear and sinus issues, but they often leave me drowsy or don’t address tinnitus. Red light therapy feels more natural and targeted, with no side effects so far. Compared to white noise machines for tinnitus, this device offers a more direct approach, though it’s too early to say if it’s a complete solution. Early Impressions and Recommendation After just two days, I’m optimistic about red light therapy for my ears and nose. The initial tinnitus relief was a game-changer, even if it wasn’t replicated as strongly in the second session. The sinus benefits are undeniable, and the relief from itchy ears and earaches is a huge plus. I plan to follow the recommended twice-daily protocol for the next few weeks and will update my review as I see more results. For now, I’d recommend this to anyone dealing with tinnitus, sinus congestion, or ear discomfort who’s looking for a non-invasive option. It’s too soon to call it a miracle cure, but the early signs are promising. Next Steps I’ll continue using the devices for the suggested duration and report back on whether the tinnitus relief becomes more consistent or if other benefits emerge. Stay tuned for updates!

I'm not completely sure, and I'm not an audiologist, but these do seem to help. I've only been using them (for a week) in my right ear. and I've skipped a few sessions, but the loudness of the (5 year long) hissing seems to have decreased. Coincidence or cure? Time will tell...

This is absolutely the best item for me. I had been suffering from tinnitus for over a week. Ordered this product & my first night used it per instructions woke up next morning & the buzzing in my ear was completely gone. It’s been 1 week still using it just to ensure buzzing to stop. I must state this product is amazing if u are suffering from tinnitus this is absolutely the very best. I tried 3 or 4 various ear drops to no avail. This product I say please try it . It works wonders !!!!!

These are more comfortable than I expected. Some ear inserts can irritate the skin over time. This does not. The only bummer is having them in your ears for 30 mins. You can hear with them, just a little less. I really can't speak to their effectiveness. I'm assuming it takes time and some benefits aren't calculable.

So I have recently been suffering from tinnitus and the ringing has gotten a bit out of hand. So I came across this bad boy and let me tell you the comfort they have brought is amazing. They are small and compact so you can take them anywhere basically. They are like ear buds so sit comfortably in your ears. And honestly it’s just became apart of my daily routine. I pop them in for 15-20 min when I’m reading and don’t even notice they are there! However come night time the noise is much more quieter! Not gone completely but definitely manageable!

I started using this red light therapy device mainly for tinnitus and occasional nasal congestion, and I have been pleasantly surprised by the results. The design is very practical, with both ear and nose attachments that are comfortable to use thanks to the soft silicone muffs. I like that it’s portable and can be worn around the neck, which makes it easy to use while reading or relaxing at home. The red light feels gentle and soothing. While it doesn’t completely eliminate the symptoms, I do feel noticeable improvement after using it regularly. Overall, this device is well-made, easy to operate, and a good option for home use

I’ve been using this Red Light Therapy for Nose & Ears and I’m really impressed with the results! The design is lightweight and comfortable, especially with the convenient neck-hanging option, so I can move around while using it. The built-in auto timer makes it super easy to use without worrying about overdoing it. I love that it’s rechargeable and portable, perfect for home or travel. It provides a soothing, gentle warmth that feels relaxing! The fact that it’s a 2-in-1 device for both nasal and ear therapy makes it a great value. Overall, this device is well-made, easy to use, and surprisingly effective. Highly recommend!
